What is here

London has local NHS talking therapy services for anxiety and depression. The NHS service finder helps you find the service linked to your GP.

Access rules vary by borough. For example, Ealing Talking Therapies accepts adult self-referrals from people with an Ealing GP.

Reach Out Camden offers peer groups and individual support for adults aged 18 or over. You need to live in Camden or have a Camden GP.

What it costs

NHS talking therapies are free. Reach Out Camden also offers its support free of charge.

Private therapists set their own fees. Ask about the session price, reduced fees and cancellation charges before you book.

Tell us what you need and we will connect you with practitioners who work online, and with practitioners in London as they join. The conversation is the same wherever you are.

An online session is a video or phone call at a time you choose. You do not need to travel, and you can change practitioner if the fit is wrong.
