SilverCloud offers online self-help for people in Wales with mild to moderate anxiety, depression or stress. You can sign up without a GP referral if you are aged 16 or over.
If you want to explore other support, speak with your GP about local services.
Side by Side is an online peer support community for adults in Wales and England.
Local Minds also offer support, with services and access rules that depend on your postcode.
What it costs
SilverCloud is free. Side by Side is free too. Ask your local Mind which services it offers and whether they have a charge.
Private therapists set their own fees. You can ask about reduced fees before booking.

An online session is a video or phone call at a time you choose. You do not need to travel, and you can change practitioner if the fit is wrong.
